1. Overview

Pakistan Property Advisory (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) provides property advisory services to overseas Pakistanis (“you”, “the Client”) looking to invest in real estate in Pakistan, focusing on B17 Multi-Gardens (MPCHS) and Faisal Hills, Islamabad.

By using our website, client portal, or engaging our advisory services, you agree to these terms.

We offer three service tiers:

Package fees are payable in advance. The percentage component (for Full Advisory and Concierge) is due upon deal closing.

4. Advisory Process

  1. Intake & Qualification: You submit your requirements via our intake form. We assess your profile and assign a lead classification.
  2. Discovery Call: A video consultation to understand your goals, budget, and preferences.
  3. Shortlisting: We research and shortlist properties matching your criteria, using AI-powered analysis and market data.
  4. Virtual Tour: Live video tours of shortlisted properties with real-time Q&A.
  5. Legal Verification: Our 12-point legal check covers allotment letters, NOCs, developer status, dispute history, and more.
  6. Transaction Support: We supervise the payment and transfer process, though the transaction is between you and the seller/developer.

Our platform uses AI to generate property reports, comparisons, and communication drafts. While helpful, AI-generated content:

9. Client Portal

Access to the client portal is provided for the duration of your active advisory engagement plus the post-purchase support period included in your package. You must not share your portal credentials with third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

Reports, analyses, and other materials we produce for you are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our advisory outputs without written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Direct negotiation between the parties.
  2. Mediation by a mutually agreed third party.
  3. If unresolved, arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1940 of Pakistan, in Islamabad.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For clients in the UK, EU consumer protection laws may apply in addition.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp at least 30 days before taking effect.
